He has 17 years of banking experience in the fields of Retail banking, lending, credit risk, sales management, sales channels, process management, product management, collection, management and development of branch network and HR. He is member of the Credit Committee, the Committee for New and Active Products and the Committee for Social activities of the Bank. Before joining the team of BACB in December 2018, he was taking the position Head of Retail banking in Allianz Bank Bulgaria.. Ivan has Bachelor degree in Finance and Masters degree in International Economics. He also has Executive MBA from Cotrugli Business School /Zagreb/.
